Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following guidelines:

 

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product: If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will either issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

2. Unwanted or Changed Mind: We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you've had a change of heart or have ordered the wrong item, we will offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, the item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Downloadable items: We are unable to offer any refunds for digital downloads once the download has been completed.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned product, and will be refunded in the original payment method used for the purchase. 

 

Please note: any items returned that don't meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
